1. Ensure the selected cup is securely connected to the manual pump.
2. Place the cup firmly on clean, dry skin.
3. Squeeze the pump handle several times until the desired suction level is reached.
4. Leave the cup in place for the preferred massage session, or gently glide it over the skin when using appropriate massage oil.
5. Release the suction using the cup's valve before removing the cup.
6. Clean all components with a soft cloth and mild disinfectant after each use. Do not immerse the pump in water. Store the set in a clean, dry location.
