1. Remove all components from the carrying bag and verify that all accessories are included.
2. Insert the support tubes into the designated sleeves until the tub is fully supported.
3. Inflate the top ring using the included manual air pump.
4. Position the water-filled seat cushion inside the tub if desired.
5. Fill the tub with water and add ice until your preferred temperature is reached.
6. Place the insulated cover over the tub whenever it is not in use to help maintain water temperature.
7. Carefully enter the tub and enjoy your cold immersion session.
8. When finished, drain the water using the drain valve and hose, rinse if needed, allow all components to dry completely, and store everything inside the carrying bag.
