1. Place the Pilates board on a clean, flat surface.

3. Attach the support pole and resistance bands if desired.
4. Stand or kneel on the anti-slip platforms depending on the exercise.
5. Hold the handlebar or resistance band handles securely.
6. Perform controlled movements using the sliding platforms for resistance training.
7. After your workout, detach the accessories if needed, fold the board, and store it in a dry location.
