1. Connect the power adapter to the massager and plug it into a compatible electrical outlet.
2. Position the massager around your neck, shoulders, back, waist, or another desired muscle area.
3. Place your arms through the shoulder straps and gently pull downward to increase massage pressure.
4. Press the power button to start the massage.
5. Use the control panel to:

• Turn the heat function on or off.
• Switch between forward and reverse massage directions.
• Select your preferred massage intensity level.

1. The massager will automatically turn off after approximately 15 minutes.
2. Disconnect the power adapter after use and allow the unit to cool before storing.
