1. Measure your hip/pelvis circumference approximately 5 cm (2 inches) below the hip bone and choose the appropriate size.
2. Wrap the belt around the hips (not the waist).
3. Secure the main hook-and-loop closure for a comfortable fit.
4. Tighten the dual tension straps until the desired level of compression is achieved.
5. Adjust as needed throughout the day for comfort.
6. After use, fasten the hook-and-loop closure before storing the belt in a clean, dry place.
